Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support corporate legal operations, contract lifecycle management, and compliance processes.
This is a fully remote role adecuado for candidates with experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
Support contract lifecycle management (CLM), including tracking and renewals
Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters
Assist with company filings, regulatory requirements, and compliance tracking
Maintain organized legal records,



databases, and document management systems
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, leadership) on legal requests
Support due diligence processes and risk assessments
2–4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate or commercial law
Strong experience with contract drafting and review
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Experience with legal tools such as CLM systems, document management platforms, or CRMs
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
