**POSITION**
Our Inside Sales Associate is one of the first points of contact when a seller reaches out to us because they're interested in selling their home. The associate will review the home details with the seller, gauge their motivation, and set up an appointment with our Closers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Business level English / ability to comfortably think, write, read and speak fluently in English
- Dedicated remote workspace with laptop / desktop suitable for business needs
- Fast reliable internet connection (minimum of 35 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload)
**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
- $6.00 per hour + variable commission on each deal closed (up to 3% commissions)
- Commissions are uncapped, so the earnings are limitless

**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**
Reports directly to the Acquisitions Department Manager
Pay: $19,876.00 - $81,495.00 per month
