**Responsibilities**:
**Las responsabilidades principales para este puesto son**:
- Conoce y asegura cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad de área
- Participar en la identificación de riesgos del área
- Apoya en programas de mejora continúa
- Asegura el cumplimiento de las ordenes de producción
- Realiza evaluaciones de desempeño del personal operativo
- Elabora y registra incidencias en el sistema de reloj checador
- Realiza juntas diarias con el personal
- Mantiene las 5s en el área de trabajo
