**Environmental Conditions**
Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete all necessary repairs on molds, such as replacing heaters and thermocouples, installing electrical connectors, and checking continuity with a multimeter. Also, perform assembly and disassembly of molds, inspect water lines, fix leaks, and maintain proper ejection systems and alignment.
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on molds based on a detailed checklist to ensure exceptional performance.
- Successfully implement the use of multimeters and temperature controllers for precise operations.
- Operate measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height indicators, to meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and orderly working environment to compete at the highest levels of safety and efficiency.
- Provide training to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for the development of new mold maintenance technicians.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in the maintenance of plastic injection molds.
- In-depth knowledge of conventional machinery, measurement instruments, multimeters, and temperature controllers.
- Proficiency in reading English to understand work instructions and machinery operating manuals.
