We are looking for a **People Operations Coordinator **to join our team in Cd. Juarez, Mexico.
The Role:
The Responsibilities:
- Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, employee changes (promotions, transfers, etc.), background checks, employment verifications, uniforms, tools or others.
- Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for Hiring Managers.
- Manage the pre-employment checking processes.
- Coordinate the offer process.
- Manage communication with internal resources to facilitate onboarding of new hires.




- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team.
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of company events.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Technology recruiting experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and challenge driven.
- Be passionate about people and service.
- Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment.
