**Key Responsibilities**:
- ATS Implementation & Optimization: Select, implement, and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports to improve hiring strategies. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline strength).
**Skills & Experience**:
- 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience with ATS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume recruitment efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on recruitment metrics.
- Proficient in remote recruitment tools and video conferencing platforms.
