**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide asset management support and financial analysis: annual business plans, valuation models, leasing analysis, investment performance monitoring, debt risk evaluation, recapitalizations, and disposition support.
- Continuously evaluate portfolio composition and long-term investment strategy.
- Support all phases of the asset lifecycle: acquisition, development, leasing, asset management, and disposition.
- Analyze portfolio risk and cash flow requirements using tools like Excel and Yardi.
- Draft and review lease documents and amendments.
- Guide third-party property managers to optimize asset performance.
- Prepare monthly reporting materials and assist with portfolio insurance management.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring accountability during capital project execution.




- Help develop internal processes and KPIs for team efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and deal structures.
- Experience drafting LOIs, leases, and amendments.
- Previous work with brokers, contractors, and property managers.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including underwriting and data interpretation.
- Understanding of the full real estate capital stack and risk mitigation in complex transactions.
- Experience supporting business plans, leasing analyses, valuation models, and waterfall calculations.
