Intugo, in partnership with an American company that finances, buys, and sells used cars. Main office located in Dallas, Texas.
The **Credit Verification Agent** will review and evaluate credit approvals from U.S. retail financed sales for quality control purposes, providing outstanding customer service in a highly professional manner.
- Prepare deal evaluations for quality control
- Receive inbound calls from dealerships
- Recommend credit approvals based on underwriting guidelines
- Escalate credit decisions requiring management review
- Verify customer documentation and validation forms
- Conduct reference checks
- Maintain quality standards as set by the company
- Follow company policies and procedures
**Profile**:




- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in credit processing (automotive or banking industry preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
