**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and refine algorithms to support product quality improvement, yield enhancement, and overall factory efficiency.
- Expand modeling capacity by enhancing infrastructure, including automation of data preparation, model training, deployment, and optimization.
- Support the integration of models into tools for use by product engineers and business analysts.
- Collaborate with users to develop and customize data analytics solutions for specific needs.
- Build strong relationships with production line engineers, IT teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with business goals.




- Communicate effectively across cultures and embrace open-minded collaboration in a multinational work environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field with intensive training in quantitative methods, such as Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as R, Python, or MATLAB.
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Intermediate or above proficiency in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
