The Supply Chain Leader will report to the Plant Leader with direct line responsibility for customer delivery, production planning, supplier fulfilment, purchasing, and Lean.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- ** Alignment of Supply constraint and customer demand**
- Maintain alignment of supply constraint at lead time as input into Supply Chain S&OP; process.
- Oversight to ensure demonstrated supply capability to meet mid/long term demand.
- Support Rough Cut Capacity Plan process for people, machine, and material capability at lead time.
- Accountable to create, train, support, and improve delivery & inventory management processes.
- ** Production planning and execution**:
- Define and reinforce replenishment strategy based on Supply Chain condition: level, pull, MTO, push.
- Standardize production planning process methodology to achieve customer Takt efficiently.
- Lead escalation support and problem solving where gaps in delivery performance exist.
- ** Inventory planning and logistic strategy**:
- Stabilize indirect raw material planning and consumption processes within supplier lead time.
- Optimizing logistic flows driving balance of delivery lead time, frequency,



and total logistic cost.
- Drive use of PFEP optimizing logistic cost, delivery frequency, storage strategy, inventory coverage.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in materials, production planning, Purchasing, Warehouse management, Customs, Customer Planning, etc.
