Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our expanding team. The idóneo candidate will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent in the market, supporting our Talent Managers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 3-5 Years of Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, talent acquisition for Maquiladora Industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies, including social media networking and databases, to build a pool of qualifiable candidates for Hiring Managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented.

- Collaboration & support: Providing ongoing support to Talent Managers and partners by assisting with recruitment tasks, candidate communication, and process optimization.
