**Objective**: Implement and manage internal communication strategies and activities to promote effective communication within the company, as well as strengthen the organizational culture and employee commitment, ensuring that they are informed in a timely manner. Ensure consistency and positive impact of internal messages.
**Main Duties**:
- Manage and keep updated the different internal communication channels such as displays, information boards and corporate social networks.
- Ensure that the content is clear, concise and attractive, reflecting the culture and values of the organization, adhering to the corporate image and the pillars of communication. This involves writing, editing and revising texts to ensure they are clear, concise and aligned with the organization's identity and values.
- Implementation of communication strategies and activities defined in the plan, ensuring that deadlines are met and message coherence is maintained.Guarantee that information is accessible and relevant, promoting organizational culture.



This includes regularly updating information, managing access permissions, and resolving technical issues to ensure proper functioning of the tools.
- Analysis and measurement of advertising campaigns to determine reach and distribution.
- Compliance with quality, safety and environmental procedures and the timely dissemination of information (IATF, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree Graphic Design or Communication
- High domain in English language
- 2 years experience in a similar position within the maquiladora industry
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop y Lightroom)
- Canva
The position is developed on plant 1, located at Calle Auxiliar No. 1 #512 Parque Industrial Gema, being the main activity of the plant; The assembly of locks, mechanical and electromechanical keys for doors, secondary doors, rear door and hood.
