The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for U.S.-based roles across a variety of functions. This role plays a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies to support recruiting efforts within the Talent Acquisition team.



The Sourcer will partner closely with a dedicated recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a strong pipeline of qualified talent that meets hiring needs. This is a remote role for approximately the first year, with the expectation to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the local office is established. The position reports to the Sourcing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.
- Partner closely with a recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on role requirements, hiring goals, and candidate profiles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms and tools, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking groups, and employee referrals.
- Conduct outreach and initial engagement with passive and active candidates to gauge interest and fit.
