Job Description & Summary
At PwC, we are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our growing team focused on the development, testing, evaluation, and deployment of Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions. This role is adecuado for individuals who combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills and are passionate about leveraging AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.
As a Manager, you will lead AI initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help drive the delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, effectiveness, and scalability of Generative AI applications while supporting the growth and development of team members.
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with cutting-edge AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver meaningful business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead the testing, validation,



and continuous improvement of Generative AI applications, workflows, and AI-powered solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end evaluation activities for AI products, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to optimize AI solution performance and user experience.
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate defects, risks, limitations, and enhancement opportunities for AI-enabled applications.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot programs, and validation efforts for new AI capabilities and releases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working on AI initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and best practices for GenAI solutions.
