For the expansion, of our client we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to lead and oversee manufacturing operations in Monterrey. The idóneo candidate will possess a robust background in manufacturing leadership, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to drive organizational change, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, project management, or equivalent experience.
- Additional training or experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Target Operating Model (TOM), or JIT manufacturing is required.
- Proven track record in P&L; management, people development, strategic planning, and risk management.
