We're growing and we need a **hunter** — someone who picks up the phone, builds their own pipeline, and closes deals. No warm leads handed to you. Just a structured outbound process, real earning potential, and commissions with no ceiling, paid in USD.
**What you'll do**
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospect, qualify, and close B2B leads
- Own the full sales cycle — cold call to signed contract
- Build a client portfolio through disciplined, structured follow-up
- Hit and exceed monthly KPIs
- Keep CRM records accurate after every interaction
**What we need**
- 3+ years in B2B telephone sales — outbound and cold calling, no exceptions
- Industrial or MRO sector experience is a strong plus
- English C1 — used daily with clients and in writing
- University degree (completed or in progress)
- Sharp persuasion and objection-handling skills; comfortable with rejection
