this opportunity is ideal for a technically strong architect with advanced archicad skills, proven experience working on u.s.-based projects, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality documentation.

what you’ll do

• lead architectural production, technical development, and project coordination

• develop accurate models and construction documentation using archicad

• support residential, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects

• coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

• review drawings and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency

• ensure compliance with applicable u.s. codes, standards, and regulations

mandatory requirements





• 8+ years of professional architectural experience

• advanced archicad proficiency

• proven and verifiable experience working on u.s. projects

• experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use developments

• strong knowledge of u.s. construction documentation, codes, and standards

• english proficiency at a c1 level or higher

• ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
