what you'll own:

serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of solar customers post-commercialization

protect revenue, drive collections, and resolve billing disputes

coordinate with o&m;, billing, accounting, legal, epcs, and utilities to resolve operational issues

interpret ppas, epc agreements, o&m; contracts, and land leases

influence outcomes across teams — without direct authority

use ai tools daily to work smarter (we're an ai-forward culture!)

what you bring:

✅ 3–5 years in asset management, customer success, commercial operations, or similar client-facing roles





✅ strong financial and commercial acumen

✅ confident negotiator, sharp communicator, emotionally intelligent

✅ comfortable interpreting contracts and juggling multiple stakeholders

✅ curious, tech-savvy, and excited to use ai in everyday work
