we are seeking a highly skilled mobile device management (mdm) specialist to join our it operations team. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise mobility solutions, with strong expertise in microsoft intune, microsoft entra id (azure ad), windows endpoint management, and mobile device administration . This role will be responsible for designing, deploying, securing, and supporting mobile and endpoint management solutions across the organization.

key responsibilities

- administer and support microsoft intune / microsoft endpoint manager environments.
- enroll, configure, and manage corporate-owned and byod devices across windows, ios, and android platforms.
- deploy and manage applications, configuration profiles, certificates, and security policies.
- perform application packaging, deployment, and operational support.
- monitor device compliance and implement remediation actions for non-compliant endpoints.
- support operating system upgrades, security patching, and software deployments.
- configure and maintain conditional access, mfa, and endpoint security policies.
- troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, authentication, certificate, and application-related issues.
- manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, maintenance, and retirement.
- collaborate with service desk, security, network, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve end-user experience.
- manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with itil best practices.

- experience troubleshooting authentication, enrollment, compliance, and certificate-related issues.
- familiarity with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
