**Outgoing Quality and Reliability Coordinator**
We are seeking a Reliability Validation Coordinator in this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to validate the long-term reliability and performance of hardware components used in our product. You will design and execute reliability test plans, summarize test report, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet high standards of durability and quality.
**EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED**:
BACHELOR DEGREE / Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, etc.
More than 5 Years of experience in same position.
English 85%
**Abilities：**
**Tool & SOP Development**
- Define and maintain SOPs for reliability, electrical, and environmental testing.




- Support the development and calibration of test fixtures and tools. Documentation & Communication
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for validation processes, test plans, and results.
- Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders.
