We are looking for bilingual representatives for one the most important internet providers in USA, you will be chatting with the customers providing information about their bills, doing customer service, and promotions of all active upgrades.
If you have experience as an agent on another call center but you did not enjoy taking calls, this is your opportunity, all the service is through a chat platform.
-This is a position only for people willing to work on site, we are located in AZCAPOTZALCO, CDMX.-

We Offer:
Base salary 14K - 18K per month.

*BONUSES + Non-Caped COMMISSIONS*

*Payment is per worked hour. *

100% paid training and law benefits since day 1.

Training schedule from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday

Medical and life insurance after 90 days with us.

Dental and visual coverage after 90 days with us.

40 hours per week

Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED is a MUST.
· Advanced English level. (B2)
· Minimum of 6 months of experience in Call Center.
· Customer Service oriented.
