We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Building Consultant team in Mexico. This is an opportunity for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional with experience in damage assessment, estimates, budgeting, and construction cost analysis.



The adecuado candidate will have knowledge of unit pricing and experience using Neo Data software, as well as the ability to work in the field and prepare clear technical reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess damage to buildings, structures, finishes, installations, and other elements related to civil works.
- Conduct site surveys, gather technical evidence, and document findings to support analyses and reports.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bills of quantities to determine solutions, quantities, and comparable costs.
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and unit price analyses, including research on material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare written reports with technical conclusions, photographic support, and cost analyses related to damages or repairs.

- Three to five years of experience in civil works, budgeting, estimates, supervision, quantity takeoffs, or cost analysis.
