Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara.
The Process Engineering Manager – Painting Operations is responsible for leading all engineering activities associated with powder coating, surface preparation, and finishing processes for sheet metal products, racks, cabinets, and enclosures. This role drives manufacturing excellence through process optimization, automation, quality improvement, capacity expansion, and cost reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.




The position oversees a team of Process Engineers and Technicians supporting high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments and serves as the primary technical leader for painting operations, collaborating closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams

What a typical day looks like:
- Engineering Leadership
• Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers and Technicians supporting powder coating and finishing operations.
• Establish engineering roadmaps to improve capacity, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Support workforce development, succession planning, and technical training programs.
