Backed by top-tier general investors and entering a new phase of regional expansion, the company is scaling its operations, partnerships, and market presence across multiple LatAm countries. To support this growth, they are looking for their first dedicated PR & Communications Lead—a strategic, commercially-minded operator who will architect and own the companys public narrative across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for building a high-impact communications function from the ground up,



shaping how the company is perceived by partners, media, and the broader ecosystem. Youll work closely with Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product, Risk, and Data teams, and collaborate directly with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

Communications Strategy & Narrative Development
- Define and own the multi-country PR and communications strategy across Latin America.

Translate business objectives into a clear, compelling public narrative across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil.

Localize messaging per market, adapting tone, timing, and positioning to each countrys media landscape, cultural context, and regulatory environment.

Content, Editorial & Multimedia Leadership
- Act as editor-in-chief for all external communications: press releases, executive thought leadership, blog posts, partner case studies, and data-driven content.
