Where You'll Make a Difference
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines that integrate data from multiple enterprise platforms, including R&D;, SAP, Digital, and external sources.
- Lead the transformation of complex raw data into high-quality, business-ready datasets that support analytics, reporting, AI, and data products.
- Architect and maintain reliable,

- Drive automation initiatives to improve data ingestion, processing, monitoring, and deployment processes.

- Develop and maintain data applications and self-service solutions that improve data accessibility and user adoption.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards across all data platforms and solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing data engineering best practices, standards, and technical roadmaps.
