Qualifications:
- Experience in supervising unionized personnel
- Advanced English
- +2 years in a manufacturing environment directly on production lines
- Bachelors degree finished Industrial engineering, mechatronics engineering or related
- Training and certifications in different areas (SPS, six sigma, lean manufacturing,
- Statistical process control, leadership, etc.)
- Experience in dealing with union
