? Main Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Management team and provide performance analysis.
- Ensure efficiency in processes, resources, and achievement of goals.
- Plan production according to demand and plant capacity.
- Lead a hands-on team of more than 30 people.
- Manage and coordinate operations across at least 2 distribution centers.

✅ Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in the packaging industry.




- Direct leadership of teams of 30+ people.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning methodologies.
- Fully bilingual English – Spanish (100%).
- Availability to travel (valid Visa and Passport required).
- Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style.
