Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary mission is to maximize the number of qualified appointments set for our sales team through proactive outbound prospecting. This role requires strong CRM management, the ability to track and organize leads,



and an outreach-focused mindset to drive consistent sales opportunities.

Monthly Salary expectations: USD 1000 - 2000 depending on performance. Base Salary + Commissions.

Multi-channel outreach execution (Phone, Email, LinkedIn & more)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
- Cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, SMS, and other prospecting tools
- Book qualified sales appointments by engaging potential clients and confirming meetings
- Execute personalized outreach strategies to warm and cold leads for maximum engagement
- Utilize technology tools (e.g., Salesflow, Apollo) to optimize outreach efforts and track performance
- Follow up with leads to ensure attendance and engagement in scheduled sales calls

CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain and update leads in the CR
