? Your mission
Provide strategic and operational HR support to ensure effective workforce planning, strong labour relations, and a high-performance culture aligned with Fraser Alexander values and business priorities.

? Key Responsibilities

Talent & Workforce Planning
• Advise business leaders on structures, staffing needs, and succession planning.
• Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding for site-based roles.
• Support talent and leadership development initiatives.

Employee Relations & Labour Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with Chilean labour law and internal policies.
• Support conflict resolution, grievance management, and union dialogue.
• Monitor workplace climate and drive positive organisational culture.

Performance, Training & Development
• Implement Performance Management process with leaders.
• Identify training needs and support execution of development plans.
• Promote employee engagement, coaching, and retention strategies.

Reporting & HR Analytics
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyse turnover,



overtime, absenteeism and other workforce indicators.
• Ensure timely processing of hires, terminations and payroll-related updates.

Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Monitor adherence to HR processes, audits, and internal controls.
• Identify and escalate HR-related risks and legal deviations.

Requirements

? Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial/mining environments.
• Strong background in labour relations, conflict management, and union interaction.
• Experience supporting remote / multi-site operations.
• Advanced skills in HR reporting, analytics and HRIS (SmartHR or similar).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Valid Class D driver licence (required for s
