Now we are hiring a **Property Manager/Office Administration** who will act as a central operational coordinator supporting property management activities, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, leasing administration, compliance processes, and internal operational procedures.
The role requires a **highly organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, advanced Excel abilities, and the capacity to learn systems quickly**, including the use of AI tools to optimize workflows.
The position also serves as a **liaison between property management leadership and operational teams**, while ensuring processes, vendor coordination, and tenant communications run efficiently.
