Job Description Summary
The Collection role focuses on ensuring effective collection management to achieve target KPIs and support optimal cash usage for the organization. It requires applying differentiated collection strategies based on the country and customer context to secure timely invoice payments, while aligning monthly priorities across credit, collection, and cash management to create operational synergies within O2C. The position is also responsible for executing the country specific collection tactic and proactively resolving all open points identified during monthly KPI review meetings to maintain a leading and efficient operation.
Job Description
Location: Hybrid. CDMX
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Effective collection management to achieve the target KPIs and enable the CPO to have effective cash usage.
Based on the understanding of the country and customer specific situation, ensure timely payment of the invoices to be due in the month applying differentiated collection techniques based on the customer materiality & relevance (following the country customer segmentation & strategy developed by the Team Lead and Manager)
Align monthly priorities between credit, collection and cash management to achieve a common goal, creating synergies and developing / strengthen the relationship between O2C
Execute the country specific customer collection tactic
Close all open points raised during monthly KPI review meetings, ensuring leading operations
Ensure operational excellence in the collection area
Provide active support during LDC implementation, ensuring smooth transition, readiness, and process integration.
Ensure compliance of all internal controls (Inc. no unsatisfactory audit / FCCR ratings / FCRS reopens and, if applicable, timely execution of corrective plans)
Ensure local policies and documents (eg. LSI, contracts, RACI, APPs) are properly followed, granting execution excellence and avoiding business disruption




Collaborates with stakeholders / O2C & TCM manager to resolve collection related issues
High quality assistance during the month end closing process and reviews bad debt provision calculation
Timely execution of 100% of trainings assigned
