Customer Service I

Location: Sentura, Tlalnepantla

Reports to: Data Entry Supervisor

What You Will Do

- Entering orders from all customer segments as set by KPIs
- Correcting all failed E-biz orders daily
- Completing cases – Enter purchase order numbers by system Rafgo following the customer notes
