The role
Based in Mexico City, we are hiring a Director Global BOE&S; – Business Planning Excellence (f/m/d) to elevate how we plan, decide, and deliver across our global operations.
This is a high-impact, transformation role with global scope, requiring close collaboration across regions and leadership teams. You will initially lead a team of 6–8, with the expectation to grow the team as impact and scope expand.

What you’ll do
- Set the direction for our global Business Operations Excellence agenda (S&OP;/IBP, portfolio & product data governance, and OTIF), translating priorities into measurable business results
- Establish a robust operating cadence: clarify ownership, data standards, decision rights, and escalation paths to enable faster, data-driven decisions
- Lead the end-to-end S&OP;/IBP transformation, embedding best practices, building capability, and driving maturity improvements across regions
- Drive portfolio segmentation and complexity reduction, building strong business cases that improve service, cost, working capital, and operational stability
- Improve OTIF performance by addressing root causes and performance drivers
- Lead and develop a high-impact team, while influencing senior stakeholders across a integral matrix organization
