Responsible for managing human and material resources, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, increasing production standards, and reducing scrap.
Promotes teamwork, training, and motivation of unionized personnel to achieve the objectives established by company management.
Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S standards, and delivers safety and hygiene awareness talks to unionized personnel.
Also responsible for preparing statistical reports to measure and control the manufacturing process.
**What your background should look like**
- 5+ years of experience as production supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in a demanding in production environment.
- Experince and knowledge in the field of tool and assembly construction.
- Systems management, SAP or other ERP's
- Office tools such Excel, Power Point
- Conflicts management
- Teamwork player
- Leadership
