otaduy yachts has operated the leading charter fleet in los cabos for over 20 years, with more than 20,000 charters completed. We're now building the tech infrastructure to match: proprietary booking and charter management systems, partner portals, and ai-powered workflows. We're looking for someone organized, fast, and tech-savvy to be the central point of contact for our charter sales.

what you'll do:

- respond to and follow up on charter leads coming through our digital channels (website, social media, email)
- handle requests from our hotel partners (one&only; palmilla, four seasons, montage, among others) with impeccable response times
- coordinate the full sales process with each partner: quoting, availability, confirmation, and payment
- work daily inside our in-house systems and help us test, improve, and roll out new tools as we build them




- keep the crm and booking calendar up to date in coordination with operations

what we're looking for:

- fluent english and spanish (a must, most of our clients are international)
- experience in sales, reservations, or concierge roles in luxury hospitality
- genuinely comfortable with technology: you pick up new software fast, you like efficient digital workflows, and bonus points if you've used ai tools to work smarter
- strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple requests at once
- availability to respond quickly, including some weekends
