about the role:

this role is responsible for pulling actionable insights from data that inform strategic business decisions and support organizational growth. The successful candidate will use analytics to advise on data-driven solutions, delivering insights through reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards. The role will also serve as a trusted strategic partner to cross-functional leaders, championing fact-based decision-making and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.

what you'll do:

- lead regular reporting and analytics using multiple data sources including market research platforms, performance metrics, and consumer insights
- collect, process, and clean data from various sources while ensuring accuracy and data quality
- design and enhance dashboards and analytical tools that enable leaders to assess performance and develop strategic action plans
- perform quality assurance and ongoing monitoring of reports for accuracy and relevance
- analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities that enhance business positioning
- develop clear, concise written and verbal interpretations of findings for various stakeholder groups




- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated insights and consistent messaging across the organization
- train team members on analytics capabilities and existing reporting frameworks
- perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic projects and inform senior-level leadership decision-making

what you'll bring:

- 2-3 years of experience in analytics or large-scale data analysis
- bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, or related field (master's degree a plus)
- proficiency with business intelligence tools (powerbi, tableau, or comparable platforms)
- strong proficiency in ms office suite (excel, powerpoint, word) and database concepts
- ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets to solve complex business problems
- strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at executive level
- strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- detail-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous learning and skill development
- experience with statistical analysis software (r, python, or similar) a plus
- experience with market research platforms or syndicated data sources a plus
