- excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- computer skills- ms office; demonstrated intermediate experience in ms excel
- required bilingual skills - english/spanish
- preferred bilingual skills - japanese highly preferred
