-**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:
Oversee the daily operation of all branches, both local and foreign.
- Ensure adequate staffing at each branch.
- Perform recruitment, hiring, training and supervision of operational staff.
- Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with objectives and indicators.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and equipment.
- Follow up on security reports and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of monitoring systems, alarms, and security tools.
- Manage suppliers of cases, systems, alarms, supplies and services necessary for the operation.
- Manage the warehouse of cases and supplies, ensuring logistics, inventories and distribution.
- Make indirect purchases for branches and corporate offices (operational and security supplies).
- Legally represent the company in conciliation, Profeco and civil protection.
- Manage rental contracts, staff terminations, theft reports, and legal follow-up.
- Coordinate procedures with authorities and services: water, electricity, internet,
fines and vehicle control.
- Ensure compliance with government and safety regulations in all branches.
- Find new commercial premises and manage the logistics of opening (layout, suppliers, equipment and services).
- Implement and monitor strategies to increase sales in branches.
- Monitor the proper functioning and maintenance of security measures.
- Support in the organization of corporate events.
- Maintain availability to travel and serve foreign branches.
- Leading teams with frustration management, decision making, and a focus on results.
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in branch operations.
- Experience in supervision and management of personnel.
- Cash handling and control.
- Experience in logistics, maintenance, and purchasing.
- Knowledge of security, monitoring and alarm systems.
- Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
- Basic knowledge of legal procedures and dealings with authorities (Profeco, civil protection, rental contracts).
- Management of indicators and achievement of objectives.
- Intermediate level Excel and Office suite.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to travel.
- Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Frustration management and decision making.
