Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Production Planning Supervisor _located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations, the Production Planning Supervisor will be responsible to being in charge of helping materials and production functions._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Guides order processing activities for major customer units._
- _ Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests._
- _ Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedications, order expedites, and problem resolution._
- _ Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to dedicated ship date (CSD), turnaround time, reply time, and inventory goals._
- _ Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs._
- _ Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues_
- _ Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management._
- _ Plans, schedules,



coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability._
- _ Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruption._
- _ May also hold up inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling_
- _ Manages the activities of his subordinates_
- _ Guides and coordinates the supply of raw materials to the corresponding destinations_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _BA/BS degree_
- _Intermediate english_
- _Experience in similar position in manufacturing environment._
- _Experience in product lifecycle Systems-_
- _Experience in the use of Floor shop systems._
- _Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End).

- _Experience in BAAN system (SAP).
