Global IT Business Relationship Manager – Contract Logistics

Main Summary

We are looking for a General IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to act as the key link between Contract Logistics business teams and IT across the Americas region.

This role will play a critical part in driving business and IT alignment during a period of transformation and integration, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable technology solutions and aligned with the global IT strategy.

The successful candidate will combine strong Contract Logistics knowledge with IT business partnering experience, serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders while coordinating demands, priorities, and solution delivery across regional and global teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between Contract Logistics business stakeholders and IT teams across the Americas region.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, operations teams, local BRMs, and IT delivery teams.
- Capture, analyze,



and translate business requirements into structured IT demands.
- Evaluate requests based on business value, feasibility, cost, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Manage the demand lifecycle from intake through prioritization, approval, planning, and delivery handover.
- Support the harmonization and optimization of business processes and technology solutions during ongoing organizational transformation initiatives.
- Drive visibility and transparency across the IT demand pipeline and portfolio.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
- Support customer tenders and business opportunities by providing IT-related expertise.
- Monitor solution adoption and business value realization after implementation.
