About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Buyer II. The Buyer II purchases materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures, optimizing price delivery and terms.

Responsibilities

- Analyzes offers, leads negotiations ensuring competitive prices and purchasing conditions according to company rules and purchasing procedures (60%)
- Runs pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies (25%)
- Executes products and services purchasing according to procedures and instructions (10%)
- Contacts vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates (5%)
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Bachelor or university degree
- One to two years of experience
- Familiarity with procurement practices




- Experience with integral manufacturing companies preferred
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
