Responsibilities

- Formulates, Negotiates and Manages the Department’s Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and Plans to Achieve those Objectives. Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Maintenance Function.
- Develops Preventive Maintenance Plans.
- Supervises the Building or Modification of Machinery and Equipment for New Production Processes or to aid Current Production Processes.
- Formulates the Requisitions of Machinery and Equipment as well as Supervises the Delivery and Inspection of these purchases.
- Analyzes the Department’s Operation and Recommends changes to Management.
- Can Supervise the Maintenance of Continuous Services such as electricity, water, gas, etc.
- Can Supervise the Operation of the Air Conditioning units.
- Supervises the Maintenance of the Building(s),



Parking Lots and Patios of the Company.
- Responsible for Selecting, Training, Developing and Motivating the Department’s Staff and Acting as a Facilitator. Responsible for Managing Subordinate’s Performance. Also Responsible for Promoting and Maintaining Interdepartmental harmony.

Qualifications

- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical)
- More than 5 Years within Industrial Maintenance Processes.
- LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid
- Presentations and/or Participation in Negotiation Processes).
