Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Analyst Jr

Job Objetive:

"To have a member on the team who assists us in tracking customer and prospect requirements, as well as contributes to the agility of the departments."

Duties:

• Help Marketing and Sales areas with prospects request deadlines
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Developing materials, posts, presentations, articles, graphics, email campaings, includind designing templates
• Analyzing information data to track the performance of leads and identify areas for improvement.
• Zoominfo statistics reporting
• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events
• Handling administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining files,



and other emergent activities

Responsibilities:

• Weekly deliverables for Pentafon USA Executive Director
• Manage databases
• Mailing and prospection activities

Requirements and skills:

• Education Level: Incomplete or dropout of any degree.
• Similar experience in same positions or in the industry: At leat 1 year in opetations of call center and in administrative areas
• English Advanced or level B2
• Effective communication
• Active listening
• Attention to details
• Oriented to results Effective communication
• Teamwork
Knowledge:
• Office Suite (Excel and power point)
• Call Center Indicators
• Sales
• Excel Medio-Advanced

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
