Leading multinational manufacturing company is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety operations within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and strengthen EHS programs and safety culture across operations.Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations (NOM-STPS, Civil Protection, emissions, water discharges, waste management, COA, etc.).
Lead ISO ***** certification activities.Manage significant risk assessments, contractor safety, and high-risk activities (LOTO, confined spaces, work at heights, hot work).
Coordinate emergency response plans, safety brigades,



and EHS audits.Monitor leading and lagging EHS indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.3+ years of EHS leadership experience in the metal-mechanical manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations and ISO standards.Experience with hazardous waste management, electrical safety, and industrial risk prevention.Advanced English desirable.We are looking for a proactive, hands‐on leader with strong operational focus and passion for building a world‐class safety culture.
