Job Description
- Audit Schedule Completion =100%
- On-Time Completion of Validation Testing: ≥ 95%
- CAPA Effectiveness ≥90%
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Manage document control, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
