We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager in LATAM to join us in the managing of the mobility program.

Meaningful work youâll contributeï¼

⢠Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in LATAM countries,



to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, payroll, income tax, system administration.

⢠Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.

⢠Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting

⢠Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.

⢠Any other supporting tasks required.

Requirements

⢠Bachelorâs degree or above.

⢠About 2-years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.

⢠Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the LATAM countries or willing to learn.

⢠Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
