Global IT Manager - MX (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General IT Manager to join our world-class client’s team for a start-up operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our global IT operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing IT operations across multiple locations.

Work Type: Hybrid (Based in MX w/ USA travels)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of IT management experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a global role.
- 7+ years’ experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Preferably located in Mexico
- Proven experience in managing global IT projects and leading diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL,



PMP, CISSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the global IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Identify and assess emerging technology trends to determine their potential impact on the organization.
- Lead and manage a diverse global IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Oversee daily operations of the global IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Manage global IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect digital assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
