OverviewThe Clarios Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a two-year rotational program designed to provide recent graduates with broad exposure to our business, with emphasis on operations and finance.
The program engages you in diverse areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, and financial planning—helping you learn, grow, and identify your long-term career path within Clarios.
Early **** start is expected for a new cohort of future leaders.Who We Are Looking ForRecent college graduates with no more than one year of professional experience since completing their bachelor's degree.Fields of study:FinanceBusiness AdministrationIndustrial Engineering and related majorsPreferred qualifications:Previous internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance environmentsParticipation in campus organizations, preferably in a leadership roleBonus QualificationsSix Sigma, Lean, or Project Management certificationKnowledge of financial planning, cost optimization, or process improvementFamiliarity with data analysis tools and digital solutionsExperience with cross-functional projects or multicultural environmentsSkills and CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityDesign Thinking mindset and data-driven decision-makingEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimal supervisionLeadership and teamwork skills demonstrated through projects or extracurricular activitiesConflict management and prioritization abilitiesWhat You Will DoThrough the CLDP, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas such as Business and Operations Finance, Internal Audit, Governance,
and Manufacturing Support.You will take part in a series of strategic rotational assignments designed to expose you to different aspects of our operations and financial processes.
These assignments will allow you to collaborate with plant leaders, finance teams, and cross-functional groups to drive improvements in efficiency, cost optimization, and operational performance.Assignments will vary based on business priorities, providing you with real challenges and opportunities to deliver measurable impact.
