We’re hiring: Internal and External Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead and coordinate our internal and external communication efforts.

This role will play a key part in strengthening employee engagement, enhancing our digital presence, and ensuring consistent communication across all corporate channels.

This role is adecuado for a communications professional with experience in internal communication, corporate messaging, digital channels, social media, and website content management . The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating and executing communication initiatives that strengthen our organizational culture, employee engagement, and external brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing internal communication channels such as intranet, Teams, email communications, and internal campaigns
- Coordinating external communication through website updates and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others
- Creating engaging and aligned content for both internal and external audiences




- Supporting corporate communication campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives
- Monitoring communication effectiveness and digital engagement metrics

Profile we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Experience in internal and external communications
- Knowledge of website content management, social media, intranet, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
