- 3 to 5 years of experience in the metalworking industry.
- Operation and maintenance of Swiss-type lathes and conventional CNC lathes.
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures.
- Intermediate to advanced English (bilingual), with the ability to hold technical conversations.
Responsabilities
- Manage and ensure compliance with MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics.
- Maximize production line uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Implement and audit maintenance best practices, including 5S, Lean Maintenance, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Supervise, train, and coordinate shifts for the maintenance technicians under your leadership.
